HRM 2100Human Resources Management Assessment Tasks and Marking Criteria Assessment Task 1: Weekly In-Class Test (10%) Due Date: Weekly In-class test. Weighting: 10%. The weekly in-class tests consist of an MCQ online quiz and a short case analysis. The online quiz will have 10 MCQs and will be offered in each class. A short case analysis based on the Australian marketing context will also be required to complete in each class. This assignment provides you with the opportunity to develop both of these skills. Groups will be required to select a HRM topic covered in weeks 1-9 and identify a HRM challenge and analyses how best this challenge can be overcome to achieve organisational HRM objectives outcomes. Each group are required to apply their research to a real company confronting a realistic HRM challenge. Each member should cover at least one topic from the selected chapter. Group submission must be submitted with an Assignment coversheet, containing the name and ID numbers of all members in the group and signed by all members of the group. All group members must be satisfied that the work has been correctly submitted. Any penalties for late submission will generally apply to all group members, not just the person who submitted.
